Web (claude.ai) and the desktop app. Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).

  1. Open connector settings

    In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. If it says connectors moved, follow the Customize link.

  2. Add a custom connector

    Use the Add connector button, then choose Add custom connector from the menu.

  3. Enter the name and URL

    The name is just a label for you - Takledo, Organizer, or anything you like. Paste the server URL and choose Add. Leave the OAuth fields empty.

  4. Sign in

    A browser window opens. Enter your email, then the 6-digit code we send you, and choose Allow. First sign-in creates your account.

  5. Review tool permissions

    Claude shows the tools it can call. Leave read-only tools on “auto”; keep tools that change data on “ask” if you want a confirmation first. You can adjust these any time.

  6. Ready-made prompts (optional)

    That’s it - Takledo is on and usable right away; just chat with it, no per-chat toggle needed. If you want a head start, the composer’s Add from Takledo submenu lists ready-made prompts like “Plan my day” and “Shopping”.

  7. Start chatting

    Try “add 2l milk to my shopping list” or “what do I need to buy?” Claude calls Takledo and works with your real lists.

  8. See it in the app

    Whatever Claude changes shows up instantly in the Takledo web app - and the other way round.

Prefer the CLI? One command, then a browser login - same account.

  1. Add the server

    Run this in your terminal:

    claude mcp add --transport http takledo https://takledo.app/mcp
  2. Sign in

    In a session, run /mcp to start the login. A browser opens; enter your email and the 6-digit code, then Allow.

  3. Use it

    The takledo tools are now available. Try “plan my day” or “note the meeting takeaways.”
